We are a dog/cat friendly community and your furry family members are welcome with additional pet rent/ fees. The maximum weight limit for any pet living in a first floor home is 85 pounds, and the max weight for all second floor homes is 49 pounds. Weight limits are based on current and/or projected full grown weight of the animal/breed.

Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will fill out an application, as they are required to be a leaseholder of the home.
